If your noncash donations are less than $500, you do not need to file any additional paperwork with your return. You just need to make sure that you keep good records of exactly what you have donated, including receipts and acknowledgements from the organizations to which you donated. If your noncash donations are $500 or more, you need to file Form 8283 with your tax return. If you have entered these donations in DeductionPro, you can have DeductionPro automatically create Form 8283 for you. For details, see Creating a Copy of Form 8283.
