To install Works, close all programs and place the disk in your CD drive. You have two installation options.

COMPLETE INSTALLATION provides the most convenience. This option lets you use all the Works features, such as templates and clip art, without having to insert a disc. This is a good option if you have plenty of hard disk space on your computer.

BASIC INSTALLATION is faster than complete installation, and is a good option when you have limited disk space on your computer. It installs all of the components necessary to run Works, but you will need to insert a disc in order to use some features, such as clip art and Microsoft Equation Editor.
