Tasks and templates are designed to help you get started fast. For example, you might want to search the Web, start a budget, or create a family newsletter.

The Templates page has hundreds of everyday tasks, arranged into convenient categories. Select a category, then click the task you want.

Some tasks - like searching the Web - start immediately: Works opens the program straight away, or takes you directly to relevant Web sites.

Other tasks offer a variety of templates to choose from. For example, the Newsletters task has a selection of different newsletter styles. Browse them all, preview those you like, and then just click to get started.
