[hooks.<event>] — one harness event → the api command it fires, the stdin fields it maps, and whether it can surface context to the agent.

Opaque api … command line the harness invokes for this event.

can_inject: bool

Whether this hook can inject context (false ⇒ sentinel/relay fallback).
