MaxDrive Duo backup save to SuperCard CF/SD save format converter

1 - get a save from Max Drive software
2 - using the latest Max Drive PC software, extract the save
3 - drag and drop the .duc or old format .dss file onto max2sc.exe
4 - the file that is dropped will be extracted and buffered to SC 256k save file
   (this method should work to use with G6 as well)
5 - rename the save appropriately.
