Enclosed you find the Game Maker LIBRARY BUILDER.
This program is meant for creating action library
files for use with Game Maker version 5.0 and higher.

Please realize that the Library Builder is not a
suported product. It is a tool that was mainly 
written for my own use. Only advanced users will
have a chance of making anything useful with it.
You need to be experienced with GML coding.

Please read the documentation before using the
program. You will not be able to use the program
otherwise.

WARNING: Don't change any of the standard library
files. It will most likely lead to system failures.

The folder default contains some default action images.
The folder example contains a simple example library.

Don't mail me questions about the library builder.
As I said the program is NOT SUPPORTED.
