File Menu

Save

Saves any modifications to the Gravis Xperience application preferences, including any changes you have made to individual GameSets.

Note: the preferences are saved automatically when you exit Gravis Xperience, unless you choose the Exit Without Saving option.

Print All Sets

Prints the settings for every GameSet in the Settings for: menu.

Print Current Set

Prints a picture of the controller with its button and axis assignments labeled as defined in the currently selected GameSet. For each button, the primary button function appears first, with the button’s HotSet assignment (if any) underneath.

Print Setup...

Opens a setup window for selecting print options.

Move Window

Allows you to move the Gravis Xperience main window around the screen using the arrow keys on your keyboard:

  1. Select File > Move Window. A rectangular outline appears around the window.

  2. Press the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the outline to the location where you want the window to appear.

  3. Press Enter, and the window moves to the new location.

You can also move any Gravis Xperience window by clicking on its outside frame and dragging it with your mouse.

Restore Standard Set

Select this option to overwrite the current GameSet and return the game controller to its default settings: DirectX functions for all buttons and controls.

Exit Without Saving

Exits the program and return Gravis Xperience to the preferences that were in effect when you started the program. This will eliminate any changes or additions you have made to GameSets since you started the current session of Gravis Xperience.

Important: Any changes that you have made to a GameSet will remain in the computer’s memory until you restart. If, without restarting the computer, you run the game that is linked to the GameSet, the modified settings will load into your controller.

Exit

Saves any modifications, then exits the program.
