Sorry, it appears as though you are experiencing trouble logging into There. Here are 3 simple things you can do to try and fix the problem:
1. Make sure that you are online by using your browser to visit a major web site, such as www.cnn.com. If this web sites do not load, that means that you either need to get online by logging into your ISP, or it means that your ISP is experiencing technical difficulties. In either case, please contact your ISP for assistance.

2. Check to see if the There Network Operations Center is reporting any problems. This link will lead you to a web page that has updated information about the There service. If we are experiencing technical difficulties, that page will include instructions on what to do next. If that page reports that everything is operating well, then proceed to step 3.

3. Check to see if the There servers are accessible from your PC. You can do this by selecting the "Run" option from the Windows "Start" menu. Type in cmd and hit OK. At the c: prompt, type in: ping udptest.prod.there.com and hit Enter. When the blinking cursor returns, the test is complete. If you receive a message that the "host" could not be found, then the servers are down. Type exit and hit Enter to close this command window.

If you have completed steps 1 through 3 and still cannot log into There, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-4U-THERE (1-866-488-4373) during beta Hours of Operation, or email us at help@there.com.

In any case, thanks for your patience, and for your interest in There.
