Click Color Wand and then click on the areas of the photo you'd like to paint.

Click New Layer to create a new layer. Change Opacity to around 30% then click OK.

Click Selection Fill, choose a color, then click OK to paint with the new color.

Click Select None to clear your selection. Then click Paint Brush to touch up your paint job. Click Eraser to clean up any mistakes.
