Commands -------- Normal: - Dash Vertical: FF or BB, hold direction - Dash Horizontal: UU or DD, hold direction - Taunt: Start button Specials: - Diving Body Press: X - Floor Pound: Hold Up or Down, X - Life Drain (Grab): Y - Dash Attack: Z * - Wall Slam (Grab): Z --> [After Dash Attack] - Body Slam (Grab): A * - Floor Slam (Grab): A --> [After Body Slam] - Power Drain (Grab): B - Concentrated Shot: C - Creates a shockwave if shot to the floor - Can be controlled. Floor Combos: (Grabs opponents from floor) - Body Slide: X --> [After any diving attack] - LieDown Press: Y --> [After any diving attack] - Back Breaker: Z --> [After any diving attack] - Aerial Suplex: Z --> [After Spike Tentacle, or Back Breaker] - Spike Tentacle: B --> [After any diving attack] - Spike Suplex: B --> [After Spike Tentacle, or Back Breaker] Level 1 Supers: * Can be canceled - Super Dive: X+Y - Super Slide: X+Y --> [After any diving attack] - Super Dash: Y+Z - Super Slam: X+A - Hyper Drain: Y+B - Hyper Press: Y+B --> [After any diving attack] - Hyper Cross: A+B - Hyper Shot: B+C Level 3 Supers: * Can be canceled - Fast Diving Body Slam: A+C * Can NOT be canceled - Fast Diving Body Press: X+Z - Hyper Blast: Z+C Ultimate Level 3: - Kamikaze Bomb: Y+A, or Y+C, or B+X, or B+C Note: Must have full life & full power to activate Kamikaze. Activating it grabs on to an opponent, binds them in its body, then charges up for a super explosion that ultimately kills all players when it hits the floor. This move can only be performed in single player modes. - Variety Combos The Metroid can pull off a variety of combos, mixing it's special and super moves together. See if you can come up with a hyped up super combo attack. - Drain Switch When draining the opponents life or power, you can alternate by pressing the other button. * You can stop draining opponents life/power by pressing Y+B together. Helper Metroids --------------- Both helper Metroids have 1 attack, and 1 super each. They'll float around the Super Metroid, or an opponent. Occassionally, they may attack you at random, or if they are close to you to attach on to you. Press X+C, or A+Z to call helpers. (Lvl 1) Using helper Metroids will drain your power meter, then leave by flying off when your power reaches 0. Helpers can only be used in single player modes. Metroid: -------- - Body Hold Attachment - Standard grab hold that drains opponents life/power while holding them down to the floor. - Ultimate Rocket (Lvl1) - Charges back, then flies fast torward opponents while creating a huge flame aorund itself. Mocktroid: ---------- - Killer Parasite Sucktion - Drains opponents life/power while sucking out their blood. - Dive Bomber (Lvl 1) - Charges up with fire by spinning around before launching toward you to the floor, thus creating a diving bomb explosion attack. Secrets ------- - Restore Partners Life: During Team mode (2p_vs) Press Y+A, or Y+C, or B+X, or B+Z to grab on, and heal your partners life. If Super Metroid is controlled by the CPU during team match, the CPU Metroid will automaticaly help you if your life is at half or less. Note: Metroid can be hit when attempting to heal your partner. - Merge with Partner: During Team mode (2p_vs), Press X+C, or A+Z to merge with your teammate for an intense power up. If Super Metroid is controlled by the CPU during team match, the CPU Metroid will automaticaly help you if its life is at half or less. Note: when merging with your teammate, you will share the same life, acting as one character. When your teammates life reaches 0, You will die along with them. Use only when neccessary.
