as a component of any commercial product without a 
prior license agreement with the author.

CREATED GAMES

Games you create with GAME MAKER you can use in
any way you like. No licence fee is required. There
are also no nag screens. You are allowed to sell
the games. 

The responsibility and liability for the
games created with GAME MAKER rests completely 
with the creator of the game and not with the
author of GAME MAKER.

Stand-alone versions of games created with GAME
MAKER can also be distributed without any licensing
fees. You are however not allowed to reverse 
engineer these executable.


It is appreciated when you mention that GAME MAKER
was used to create game, but this is not required.



This license does not apply to the sprites,
backgrounds, sounds, and other resources provided.
These are not part of the program, but were taken
from freeware collection and provided for your
convenience.
