Worry-free Audit Support provides comprehensive audit services for TaxCut clients that successfully e-file their federal tax return. These services include:

• IRS Correspondence Management
  H&R Block will assist with all communication that is initiated by the IRS/State Department of Revenue for all related math or clerical errors.

• Audit Preparation
  H&R Block will provide detailed information regarding an audit, including how to prepare and extend an offer for an H&R Block Enrolled Agent to represent you in the event of an audit.

• Audit Representation
  An H&R Block Enrolled Agent guides you through what to expect during the audit, attends the audit with you and helps you manage the entire audit experience.

How it works:

• E-file* your TaxCut 2007 federal return with the IRS and, you are eligible to receive audit services at no additional charge for your 2007 tax return.

• Retain your e-file confirmation email for Worry-free Audit Support confirmation.

• If you receive a notice from the IRS or are audited, H&R Block will provide you with assistance with the IRS notice and/or provide you with an Enrolled Agent to represent you if an IRS audit is required.**

• Call 1-800-HRBLOCK (800-472-5625) to initiate any audit services that you may need.
