TaxCut's Search lets you locate what you're looking for from anywhere in the program. It allows you to:
Search
for an Interview Topic
Helps you find the federal or state Interview topic that is related
to a particular tax subject.
Search
for a Form
Helps you find any federal or state form and line where you can enter
specific information
Search
for Tax Advice and Information
Helps you find official IRS instructions
You can access TaxCut's Search from the main TaxCut window, Help Central, and Forms Central.
Click the Search button.
In the Search for text box, enter the word, phrase, form number, or schedule name. TaxCut displays an alphabetical list of associated topics.
In the Search Topics list box, scroll to the topic you want and click on it. TaxCut displays a list of associated subtopics and their location (For example; Interview, Forms, IRS Instructions, Explanations of Forms, How to Use TaxCut).
In the Search Results list box, click on the subtopic you want, and then click the Go There button.
Note: TaxCut's Search does not support searching for state instructions.
