You can file your return using one of two methods:
File
an electronic return
Electronic filing is the quickest way to receive your refund and the
most accurate way to file. You may still have to send in some paper by
mail, but the IRS and state will process your return faster.
File
standard tax forms
If you choose to file this way, TaxCut prints all the forms that you
need to file with the IRS and state. The forms come off the printer in
the correct order for submission to the IRS and state. TaxCut also puts
the forms together in a report for you with a cover page, the tax forms
(which you do submit), and the worksheets (which you do not have to submit).
Note: If you need to return to the beginning of the filing process, choose Filing Options from the File menu. This is useful if you want to change your filing method after making corrections to your tax return.
No matter which method you choose to file your return, you have a few options on how to get your refunds and make your payments.
