Printing and Mailing Signature Documents

If you are printing, signing and mailing a paper signature form, TaxCut displays a Filing Checklist which will list the address where you mail the form. If you are paying your taxes by check, a completed payment voucher form is printed along with your signature form.

You must sign and mail a paper signature form if:

• You are under the age of sixteen at the end of the tax year, on December 31.

• You need to send in a form or document with your Form 8453-OL.

• You have a foreign address, except for APO/FPO addresses.

• You are an alien with a Social Security Number not valid for employment.
