Using TaxCut's Search

To search for information in TaxCut:

1. Click the Search button.

2. Click on the arrow of the Search list box 1 and select the type of TaxCut information you want to search. You can choose to search All Content, Interviews, Forms, or Help.

3. The Search dialog displays an alphabetical list of tax subjects in list box 2.

4. Select the topic you want from the list in box 2. Based on your selection in list box 2, a list of specific topics and their locations (Interview, form, IRS instructions, explanation of form, movie tip) appears in list box 3.

5. If applicable, select a specific topic from list box 3.

6. Click the Go There button. TaxCut closes the Search window and takes you to the corresponding window or feature.
