Let's get started

|
With the Forms Designer you can change the appearance of the invoices, estimates and credit 
notes you use for your business. You can add or remove fields, change their headings, move and 
resize them, and add your own company logo. You can also create new layouts, copy existing 
ones, or delete unused ones.

| To add or remove a field: |
 |
Locate the name of the field in the list to the left and click the box next to it to 
check or uncheck it.

Note: Fields without checkmarks are required.
|

| To change the heading for a field: |
 |
Locate the name of the field in the list to the left and click the double-arrow next to it.  
Enter a new heading in the dialog box that appears.

| To move or resize a field: |
 |
Click and drag a field to move it wherever you want. |
 |
Click on the field's border (notice the cursor changes) then drag to resize it.

| To add your company logo to forms: |
 |
Click the Logo checkbox from the list on the left, and then select the correct bitmap file 
for your logo in the dialog box that appears.
|
|
|
|
Your newly created layouts will appear in the 'Layout' drop-down list when you create a new 
invoice, estimate, or credit note. Use them when you create and print invoices, estimates, and 
credit notes.
