Whether you are entering a bulk donation for your items and need to provide their fair market value or you just want to find the value of particular items that you own, you can print out a list of items and their values. You can either:
Select the categories that you want to print, or
Print the entire list of items that DeductionPro provides values for.
DeductionPro bases the value of an item on its condition—Like New, Minor Wear, Average Wear, and Heavy Wear. See How do I determine the quality of my donated item? for some guidelines.
To print a value sheet:
On the Tools tab, click Printable Value Sheet.
Click the check box beside each category or subcategory that you want to print, and then click Print List.
To print the entire list of items, click Select All, and then click Print List.
When the Print Preview window appears, click the printer icon, and then click OK in the Print dialog box.
