What should I enter for the date acquired if I inherited the property?

Inherited property is automatically considered long-term property. In response to the question When did you acquire the item(s)?, select Various dates, more than one year ago to ensure that DeductionPro accurately calculates the property as a long-term holding. In addition, make sure to select Inheritance in response to How did you acquire the item(s) donated?
