Sorting Entries

By default, DeductionPro sorts entries in ascending order by date.

To sort the entries by a different field:

• Click the arrow next to the name of the field that you want to sort on.

DeductionPro sorts the entries in ascending or descending order depending upon the direction of the arrow you click:

• If you click an up arrow, the column sorts in descending order.

• If you click a down arrow, the column sorts in ascending order.

DeductionPro highlights the sort arrow next to the field that is being used to sort your entries.
