You use the Reports tab to create reports based on the entries that youve made in DeductionPro. For a list of the reports that you can view and print, see What reports can I create with DeductionPro?
To view a report:
On the Review & Finish tab, click Reports.
From the View drop-down list, select the report that you want to view. DeductionPro displays the report on the screen.
By default, DeductionPro displays the Deduction Summary report.
To print a report:
From the View drop-down list, select the report that you want to print, and then click the Print Report button.
When the Print Preview window displays, click the printer icon, and then click OK in the Print dialog box.
Tips:
To print only one section of a report, click the Print button next to the section that you want to print.
For example, suppose you want to print a summary of the cash donations you made. View the Deduction Summary report, and then click the Print button next to the Cash Donations section of the report.
You can also view a report by clicking the Reports menu, and then clicking the report that you want to view.
