1). Put all the files from 'copy contents to sd card' onto the root of the SD Card.

2). Unzip 'NTSCU/PAL unzip to root.zip' to the root of your SD card depending on the region of your wii, delete the unused one.

3). Insert the SD card into Wii.

//4). Load IOS Downgrader 1.0 and follow any prompts until it's complete.

5) Run Wad Manager 1.4, and install IOS60patched.wad and NeoGammaR4-Anim-FL.wad.
 
6). Open the Homebrew Channel and load Preloader, press 1 to install. After install, your Wii should reboot and load the Preloader menu. If it doesn't, turn your wii off and on again whilst holding down reset and it will load the Preloader menu.

7) Select 'system hacks' in the Preloader menu, and enable the hacks in the list that you want, make sure you have selected the region free wii games/channels and to block disc updates. Select 'save settings' and wait for confirmation message to display 'settings saved'. Press B to go back, and enter Settings. Set 'Autoboot: System Menu' with D-Pad, then save settings. Press B to return to main Preloader menu.

8) Open Homebrew Channel and run the cIOS38r13 installer, select 'wad install'.

9) (Optional) Run Homebrew Browser and see if there's anything you would like to download.

10) All Done! You should now have a backup loader channel and preloader.
