Click your Web browser's Refresh button near the top of this window to try again. If the problem persists, first make sure that your Internet or network connection has not failed.
If you can successfully open other Web sites, please follow these instructions:
- Open the main console of Trend Micro Internet Security.
- Click Home Network & Firewall Controls.
- Under Personal Firewall, click the Settings... button.
- Enter your Trend Micro Internet Security password, if prompted.
- Make sure that you have activated the appopriate firewall profile for your current situation ("Home Connection" if using your computer at home, for example, or "Office Connection" if working at your place of business).
- If you have already activated the appropriate firewall profile, click the Edit button.
- On the Proxy tab of the window that opens, enter the correct proxy server information.
If the preceding instructions do not solve the problem, please contact technical support. |
