The Tempo/Key/Time Signature Change dialog allows you to change the settings for a marker.

Select the Tempo change (BPM) check box and clear the Key change and Time Signature change check boxes.

Type the new tempo in the Tempo change (BPM) box.

Choose a tempo curve setting from the Transition type drop-down list to specify how will interpolate tempo between markers.

• Hold preserves the tempo until the cursor passes the next tempo change marker.
• The other settings cause the tempo to change gradually between markers.

Click OK. Your new marker appears in the marker bar.
