From the File menu, choose Extract Audio from CD to display the Extract
Audio from CD dialog, which displays the contents of your CD drive so you can
pick the track you want to extract.
Insert an audio CD in your drive, select the track you want to extract,
and then click the OK button.
The Save As dialog will be displayed so you can choose where you want
to save the extracted track and the file name you want to use.
software will begin extracting audio when you click the Save button. When extraction is complete, an empty track will be created in your
project.
If you extracted a track that was longer than thirty seconds, the Beatmapper Wizard will start to help you add tempo information to the file for beat matching with loops. Click here to learn more about the Beatmapper.
After you complete the Beatmapper Wizard, you can paint events in the track to play the extracted audio.
When the software has finished extracting audio and creating a track, click
the Finish button.
