Debut is an advanced video capturing application for Windows Computers.

Using the Debut Video Capture Software you can:

• Record video clips from your video capture device or desktop.
• Automatically uses a preselected file length and name.
• Can adjust image settings (brightness, contrast and gamma) and output video parameters (resolution and framerate).
• Place a text and/or a timestamp on the video.
• Export files in avi, asf, wmv, mpg, 3gp, mp4, mov and flv format.
• Record files in the background while running other programs.
• Save a snap-shots to .jpg files.

Setup and Run Software

Installing Debut from a Downloaded File

If you have downloaded Debut from the Internet or have received the software by email, run the file DEBUTSETUP.EXE. To do this click Start on the task bar, select Run and then click Browse to locate the file DEBUTSETUP.EXE. The file should be located in your download or attachments directory.

Installing Debut from CD-ROM

Insert the the CD-ROM into the drive. If you have an autostart enabled CD-ROM, the setup program will run. If nothing starts after about 10 seconds, run the file DEBUTSETUP.EXE on the CD-ROM. To do this, click Start on the task bar, select Run and then click Browse to locate the file DEBUTSETUP.EXE. The file should be located in D: if D: is the designator of your CD-ROM.

After installation

After the setup program has run, you will be able to use Debut immediately. You can select your record device using the Options.

You can run Debut at any time by simply clicking on the shortcut on your desktop. To close Debut, click on the Exit button.
