The Easy Archive project lets you easily copy important files to a hard drive or disc.

Projects can be scheduled to run whenever it's convenient, and large archives are automatically spread across as many discs as you need.

Begin by selecting the drive, drive partition, or folder to archive. Then select the types of files you want to protect: Email, Financial, Music, Photos, Productivity, Video, or My Recorded TV.

You can even create a custom category by using the controls you will find when you click on the Options button and open the Backup panel.

• Tailor the project to your specific needs by creating a custom file category.
• The Easy Archive scheduler gives you complete flexibility. Run a project every day, every week, or every few hours.
• The Easy Archive project can be set to open automatically every time you re-connect an external hard drive to your computer.
• All of the discs used in an Easy Archive project must be the same general format.
  

1. Select the Easy Archive project on the Backup tab.
2. Select a destination drive. If the destination is a disc drive, insert a blank or rewritable disc.
3. Select the file categories to archive.
4. To schedule this project, click on the Schedule options box and set the desired archive frequency.
5. Scheduled projects must be saved by clicking on the Save button.
6. Click on the action button to begin recording now.
