Although PDFMaker is not available in Mac OS email applications, you can still create a PDF from an individual email message on Mac OS. You do this by opening the message and printing it with the Adobe PDF printer selected in the Print dialog box as your printer.
If you want to merge several email PDFs into a single PDF, you can do this in the usual way, by inserting them as new pages to one PDF.
