Create a search index from Outlook (Windows)

To make searching faster, you can embed an index in a PDF created from Outlook.

  1. In Outlook, choose Adobe PDF > Change Conversion Settings.
  2. Select Embed Index For Faster Search.
  3. Create the PDF.

Adding an index is especially helpful if you create an Adobe PDF package from multiple email messages or from one or more email folders.
