Create from PowerPoint

After you install Acrobat, an Acrobat PDFMaker toolbar is added to PowerPoint.

Note: On Mac OS, many PowerPoint features, such as animations and transitions, aren’t converted when you create a PDF.
  1. In PowerPoint, open the file you want to convert
  2. Click Convert To Adobe PDF .
  3. Specify a filename and location, and click Save.
  4. (Mac OS) Click View File or Done.
