Prepare a form for digital signatures

Including a digital signature field in a PDF form provides an easy and secure way for users to indicate the form data is correct.

  1. Choose Forms > Edit Form In Acrobat.
  2. On the Forms toolbar, select the Digital Signature tool  and drag the cross-hair pointer to create a field in the desired location and size.
  3. Click the Signed tab and specify what happens when the user applies a digital signature.
  4. Specify other properties as desired.
