Create from Visio (Windows)

A PDF created from a Visio file preserves page sizes and supports layers, searchable text, custom properties, links, bookmarks, and comments.

  1. (Optional) Choose Adobe PDF > Convert All Pages In Drawing. Otherwise, only the current page will be converted.
  2. Click Convert To Adobe PDF  .
  3. Select the option to include custom shape properties, if desired, and click Continue.
  4. Select an option to retain or flatten layers, and click Continue.
  5. Click Convert and save the document.
