Create from Publisher (Windows)

After you install Acrobat, an Acrobat PDFMaker toolbar is added to Microsoft Publisher.

  1. In Publisher, open the file you want to convert.
  2. Click the Convert To Adobe PDF button .
  3. Specify a filename and location, and click Save.

PDFs converted from Publisher support crop marks, links, bookmarks, spot colors, transparency, bleed marks, printing bleed marks, and CMYK color conversion.
