Create a search index from Lotus Notes (Windows)

To make searching faster, you can embed an index in a PDF created from Lotus Notes.

  1. In Lotus Notes, choose Actions > Change Adobe PDF Conversion Settings.
  2. Select Embed Index For Faster Search.
  3. Create the PDF.

Adding an index is especially helpful if you create an Adobe PDF package from multiple email messages or from an email folder.
