Add form fields to a PDF

Use the form tools to add form fields to a PDF.

Note: To edit forms created with LiveCycle Designer, choose Forms > Edit Form in Designer.
  1. (Optional) If the PDF is an Acrobat form, choose FormsĀ > Edit Form In Acrobat.
  2. Choose Tools > Forms > Show Forms Toolbar.
  3. Select the desired tool and drag to create the form field.
  4. Specify properties in the dialog box.

To convert existing documents to forms, use the Create New Form wizard.
