Flag comments with checkmarks

You can mark comments with a checkmark for your personal use, such keeping track of which comments you’ve reviewed. Then you can show or hide comments based on whether they have checkmarks. Checkmarks aren’t visible to other reviewers.

  1. Click the Comments button  on the navigation pane.
  2. In the Comments List, click the check box next to a comment so that the Checkmark icon  appears.
