# v0.67.0 (NOW-SIGNAL #23) — todlando's lane records + gate evidence

Source: the UNTRACKED files in `.worktrees/{ns23-w1,ns23-113,ns23-w3}` in spt-core. Those three
worktrees are landed lanes awaiting teardown; their `target/` dirs were already reaped in the
2026-08-30 disk emergency, and the worktree DIRS go at the reap party.

## What this is

- **`NS23-W2-JIT.md`, `NS23-113-JIT.md`, `NS23-W3-JIT.md`** — the lane JIT plans. Each holds the
  premise MEASUREMENT, doyle's shape ruling, the file inventory, and every gate figure with the
  leg it came from. Deliberately never committed, so git does not hold them.
- **`W2R_*`, `W3_*` `.exit` / `.raw` pairs** — the per-leg capture behind every figure those
  plans quote (build, xtask gen, xtask check, clippy, traceable-reqs, unit, int). The `.exit`
  file is the authority; the `.raw` is the output it was read from.

## RESTORE COST — stated, not assumed

**The JIT files are UNRECOVERABLE.** They were never committed, never pushed, and exist in no
other tree. If these copies are lost, the reasoning behind the W2/W3/113 lanes is gone —
reconstructable only by re-deriving it from the landed diffs, which loses the rejected
alternatives and doyle's rulings entirely. That is hours, and the rulings are not re-derivable at
any cost.

**The `.exit`/`.raw` captures are re-derivable but not cheap:** re-running the batteries needs a
rebuilt `target/` in a lane whose pool records were reaped, so it costs a fresh `pool-claim` plus
a cold full workspace build (tens of GB, ~an hour) before the first leg runs — and the figures
would then describe a LATER head, not the sha each lane was gated at. As evidence for what was
measured at `d21aed6a` / `05a15396`, they are effectively unrecoverable too.
