**Note on IR-31:** the file contains no `### IR-31 —` heading. Content that is clearly IR-31's
(the "box hit 0.00 bytes free mid-build" disk-floor material, cross-referenced elsewhere in the
file as `[[IR-31]]` and "IR-31's fifth addendum") appears as a run of bullets directly under the
