  BUGFIX filing. INT SWEEP at 4ba27d3 (his, --no-fail-fast): 8 reds, ALL classified rig-not-code
  and accepted — 7x fixture-prebuild class (0.00-0.01s, rig's own prebuild message: 6x
  mock-shell, 1x service_fixture; same root as the standing rig note, lesson = enumerate
  fixtures up front) + 1x bounded_output timeout_reaps 500ms bound red-under-parallel-load,
  green 3/3 solo — FLAKE CANDIDATE flagged, queued HERTZ-CLASS behind milestone (bound
  pre-exists, generous-bound-is-free shape; sits in the file hertz's corrective touched).

  busy=0 AND throttle=0 in all 20. TARGET FACE DEAD (seat contention 0/20 vs 3/20 pre-fix);
  survivor = the erhost face at 1/20, the face ruling 4 already split out (1/20 pre, 1/20 post —
  unmoved at n=20). REGISTRATION ERROR NAMED (doyle's own): 0/20 encoded fix-clears-the-cell
  after ruling 4 had split the faces; honest statistic was busy-face-0/20. LANE GATES PASS (diff
  clean, unit green, int sweep accounted, target face killed by measurement). V3 PATH RULED:
  (1) driven-by stale-reader defect files as alchemy BUGFIX = #182 TENTH member (the #197
