# Golden head hand-off — SEMAPHORE #242 (doyle → deployah, 2026-08-29)

## Head

- **Golden head: `ec6da9b0`** (`asm/241-emission`, pushed) — main (`57a0d27c`) + the six
  #241 emission commits, ff-exact descendant of main (cherry-pick composition, no merge
  commits). Tested tree == hand-off tree: batteries ran at `1f97b73d`; `ec6da9b0` is a
  message-only reword (` (#241)` subject ref), tree-diff EMPTY — both shas in
  ASM-241-GATE-VERDICT.md.
- Pre-hand-off gates (runbook PR #135): compile-gate `cargo clippy --workspace
  --all-targets -D warnings` = 0; `traceable-reqs check` = 0; pick-fidelity audit filed
  (5 MATCH / 1 LOSS reconciled exactly to the deliberate INFRA-REGISTER resolution —
  ASM-241-GATE-VERDICT.md).

## Greenlit-form check (gates the run, per runbook)

- #242 membership measured via GitHub sub-issues 2026-08-29: #235, #237, #238, #239,
  #229 (all state: ACCEPTANCE, closed-completed) + #241 (WIP, this head). Six members —
  **exactly the greenlit form: zero drops, zero adds** (#242 carries no comments; none
  needed — nothing to relocate, nothing dangling).

## Both-arm assembly gate (summary; full record ASM-241-GATE-VERDICT.md)

- Windows (warm pool, asm-241 rig): 11/11 legs exit 0 — units 2131, store 570, live 80,
  net 208, proto 110, runtime 108, daemon 1140, endpoint_autostart_e2e 4 (serial),
  fixtures, treqs, xtask check. Leaky daemons = hertz's filed pattern, not new.
- Linux (kitsubito gate-242-w1): same legs + clippy — see verdict file for final exits.

## Never-executed cells (assembled composition, golden depth is FIRST run)

The converted emitters' full e2e paths ran GREEN in lane batteries at lane shas (base
`4d6007ac`); the assembly gate re-ran the targeted subset above at the ASSEMBLED tree.
Never yet executed at the assembled tree — golden runs them first:

1. Full `-p spt` e2e population beyond `endpoint_autostart_e2e` — notably the IR-69
   consumer files (26-file census): `wake_resume_bind_e2e`, `twohost_cli`,
   `er_brief_once_per_session_e2e`, `activity_link_push_e2e`, and siblings. These parse
   the exact stderr surface the emission refactor rewrote.
2. The delivery.rs busy-arm COMPOSITION (emission macro × W2/W3 `mid` arity — the one
   human-resolved conflict) under the io-frame e2e suites; units covered it, mid-turn
   e2e depth has not run on the composed line.
3. Adapter-side suites (mock-adapter built as fixture only; no adapter battery at this
   tree).
4. Release-profile build + docs-drift gate (golden pipeline stages; assembly gate ran
   dev-profile only).

Known-live noise on both boxes: random-victim family (daemon leaks — hertz's queued
fixup lane; 30s clock-proxy wait in `activity_link_push_e2e` reproduced twice and
classified). Moving-set reds: vary before classifying; red goldens hand back to doyle
RCA-first per runbook.
