Completed diagnostic caches: .worktrees/rca-base/target and .worktrees/rca-head/target exist as real directories. Their records name rca-base-de5a44bc and rca-head-a9e786b2 respectively. These cache subtrees have no remaining deployah reservation and are expendable after coordinator process/reference checks. Preserve enclosing source trees, unlanded diagnostics, branches and the evidence below. Dead holder PIDs are not the reason for release; these experiments are completed.

Other existing real targets related to the completed arc: .worktrees/gate-293c/target; .worktrees/hertz-294-sync-stages/target. No deployah runtime hold; coordinate with hertz/doyle for instrument/cache retention before reaping. Preserve their source/instrument trees.

Root target/ and C:/actions-runner/_work/spt-bs-core/spt-bs-core/target exist again. Both were previously cleared for v0.69.0, so current contents are not established as my old artifacts. Owner records identify root tree and CI tree only. No deployah hold, but current builder/runner occupancy must be classified independently; prior clearance is not current deletion permission.

Absent targets: .worktrees/hertz-294-poll-margins-base/target, .worktrees/hertz-294-poll-margins/target, .worktrees/reg294/target, .worktrees/close069/target. The last two integrations ran no builds.

RETAIN: .spt/preserved/deployah-294-armA-20260910/ and deployah-294-armB-20260910/ (raw logs, event streams, exact selections, process/birth census, verdicts and limitations); .spt/preserved/deployah-v069-release-20260911/ (release/red-gate/signing/board receipts and prebuilt signer); .spt/preserved/deployah-reg294-integration-20260911/ and deployah-close069-integration-20260911/ (authored-delta preservation, final gate and landing receipts). Existing diagnostic source and retained instrument patches remain protected, not expendable cache.

This inventory establishes existence/type and deployah obligations, not size, current process-idleness, inbound-link safety, or reclaimable free bytes. No new broad census or deletion was run in parallel with coordinator reclamation.
