- Earlier PR run 34548980458 failed inside Windows Unit tests; log unavailable. Cause remains UNCLASSIFIED. Neither later result explains that failure. The known golden red remains covered by the existing red-gate record, not reclassified.
- Operator SHIP ruling stands, per doyle disposition. No same-sha suite rerun requested to replace the resource-red badge.
