Listen override path unchanged.

Actual private CLI compliant/noncompliant bind/clear/compact and unresolved-boundary spool proof recorded. Private auto-start daemon stopped0, candidate census empty, fixtures removed; own pool released. The W2 field-acceptance docs correction agreed with Doyle/Hertz rides this PR: seven-cell acceptance completed, Hertz DELIVERY.json and cleanup custody named, dirty-source candidate attribution preserved. Not a later commit/release runtime claim. Independent gate/CI/ff-only landing remain Doyle's. Continuing W4 #312 source work, then W5 #311.
