fix(helper): preserve quoted paths and deduplicate prompt receipts

Extract matched quoted spans without whitespace fragments. Collapse identical
fetch lines while consuming every delta key, and normalize edge ASCII whitespace
for receipt identity without changing interior bytes or the first deadline.
