**Greenlit form: PASS.** `sub_issues(318)` = {#317 #254 #311 #312 #319 #320} == handoff members. Baseline at greenlight (composition comment, 2026-09-21T22:25Z) = {#317 #254 #311 #312}; adds #319 (comment 5768387503) and #320 (5769389874) recorded here before build; zero drops. Landing PRs MERGED at tested == merged sha: core #240/#241 → #317; #241 → #319, #320; #242 → #254; #244 → #312; #246 → #311; riders #239 (CI unit reuse), #243 (docs), #245 (test).

**Release shape (two commands on `41b1f029`):** `Cargo.toml` → `version = "0.71.0"`; `CHANGELOG.md` first section → `## [Unreleased]`. NOT shaped, per the documented majority case; shape authored on top (IR-54 construction): Cargo.toml 0.72.0, Cargo.lock 14 first-party version pairs only, `## [0.72.0] - 2026-09-22`, three entries rewritten to end-user voice (no mechanism nouns), docs regenerated. On `SHAPE_SHA`: SHAPE_LEGS. No discarded heads exist for #318 (first golden; no `golden/*318*` ref on origin), so the not-an-ancestor check has an empty set.

**Changelog vs commit range (IR-28), `v0.71.0..41b1f029`:** fix commits `41b1f029` (#311), `96f4effb` (#312), `ff55d152` (#254), `ca79f1f6` (#317/#319/#320), `57dd603d` (#317) each match an entry. One unmatched non-test/non-docs row: `6ea6f9a2` "ci: reuse exact green PR units on main pushes" — CI-only, no shipped behavior, accounted-not-listed (doyle agreed).

**Counter:** published v0.71.0 `update-set.json` metadata `version=107`, key `rel-primary-2026` → next **108**. **Compat constants unchanged** at the candidate vs v0.71.0: `IPC_PROTOCOL_VERSION=1`, `MIN_COMPATIBLE_VERSION=1`, `BROKER_RESOURCE_ABI=1`, `WIRE_COMPAT_WINDOW=1`. **Bump level:** minor per milestone practice; #319 changes the observable helper/audience contract of an existing surface (rollback to 0.71.0 fails closed, in Known limits).

**Never-executed at golden depth (doyle, from `git diff 7e35ba43..41b1f029` + the two workflow filters):** `spt-daemon tests/sync.rs` (light), `spt-daemon tests/twohost_web.rs` (HEAVY), `spt tests/composite_e2e.rs` (light), `spt tests/seal_shortform_e2e.rs` (HEAVY, newly in both filters). Each has run only in lane gates since golden 35372054865 a2 at `7e35ba43`. W2 unit cells are already at CI depth via PR unit legs on both OSes.

**Changed-seam consumers (doyle):** zero `pub fn` signature changes; four added (`ReceiptBook::published/subscribe`, `PromptCompletion::wait`, `serving::audience_admits_node`). Seams → binaries: audience/serving → `twohost_web`, `webserve_attachment_e2e`, `webserve_cross_node_e2e`; DispatchResult carrier → `seal_shortform_e2e`; gh gate → `composite_e2e`. Last full CI execution of each: golden 35372054865 a2. **Ruling + result:** Windows full-binary run of those six on `41b1f029` before push — `spt-daemon` 10/10 (12.1 s), `spt` 7/7 (36.0 s), no leaks, 04:10:52–04:13:13Z, receipt `.spt/preserved/318/golden-head/consumer-binaries-windows.txt`. Linux runs first at golden; a Linux red goes to doyle RCA-first.

**Two-host property:** `golden.yml` `twohost-a` and `twohost-b` both carry `if: ${{ !cancelled() && (github.event_name != 'workflow_dispatch' || inputs.twohost) }}`; the push satisfies the left disjunct; `cancel-in-progress: false`. The push IS the golden run; no dispatch.
