Local rc session on hfenduleam; during healthy / hitch / recovery run cmd /d /c "set SPT_RC_HITCH_DIAG=1&& spt node status --json" against the explicit home; keep net_canary_age_ms, active_dial_tasks, sampled_at_ms, query_elapsed_ms + timestamped real PTY echo. Then the five-line cadence experiment (.spt/preserved/302/RUNBOOK-five-lines.txt) on the isolated home only. Verdict shape: #1 runtime starvation (seconds-stale canary + hitch-correlated dials) vs #2 synchronous broker/stream wait (fresh canary) vs NO REPRO on this box.
