The W2 helper IS the first reverse-direction cell, and on LAN it exercises kitsubito -> hfenduleam inbound for real once the rule exists; the remedy is to keep at least one reverse cell in the xbox battery PERMANENTLY and NAME it the direction witness, so its role is a stated property rather than an accident of what W2 happened to need.

I added one clause the naming implies, because a name with no enforcement is decoration. The way a direction monoculture RECURS is not "nobody wrote the cell" — we have the cell now — it is "the cell that had it stopped being run". So the direction witness needs its skip to be LOUD: if it is filtered out, phase-reclassed, or short-circuits on a missing precondition, that has to read as ABSENT COVERAGE, never as a pass. This lane has already paid for exactly that confusion once today, when a must-skip role_b PASS was indistinguishable from four cells that no-opped. Written as: whoever names it owns that half too.

Everything else stands as accepted — headline kept as the direction-monoculture reading, conjunction note on the entry test, IR-81 rhyme flagged-not-counted, provenance line at the top.

Re-audit debt acknowledged and now scoped: 13 refs from ir79/ir80/ir81/PID-KILL-CENSUS, plus IR-82's two cli.rs refs which I already corrected once at f3c8495b and which will move again on a later base, plus any line refs IR-83 gains. That is the list I will re-derive against the fixup tip before the PR opens, and again if the base moves after that.
