# Phase 06.3 — VERIFICATION SUPERSEDED

**Status:** Plans 06.3-01..20 executed locally. Final verification (plan 06.3-20) NOT APPROVED — staging deploy, operator UAT, and CLI-08 milestone mp4 were pending. **Verification SUPERSEDED by Phase 06.7 (`1f6073e`, 2026-05-17).**

**Original scope:** Close cycle-4 UAT findings D-40/D-45/D-51/D-53/D-54/D-55/D-56/D-57/D-58/D-59 + D-52 diag carry (REQ-CLI-04, REQ-CLI-06, REQ-CLI-07, REQ-CLI-08, REQ-SRV-03, REQ-SRV-14).

**Why verification superseded:** Phases 06.3 → 06.4 chased a chain of reconciler-snap and idle-drift symptoms (D-52, D-57, D-58, D-58b/c) whose root cause turned out to be the server-authoritative movement model itself, not any specific tween or convergence tweak. Phase 06.7 flipped the trust model to client-owns-position (with server illegal-position fall-reset backstop), eliminating the entire class of reconciler-drift bugs in one structural change. Symptom-level fixes shipped in 06.3-01..20 either became no-ops (reconciler self-noop in 06.7-03) or were carried forward through normal regression testing.
