F-043 (cross-node presence lag causing silent NO_PERCH message loss between HFENDULEAM and GRAVITY-NVDA-PC nodes) filed, accepted by doyle same-day. doyle's classification: bug isn't presence lag itself (eventually-consistent by design) — bug is a may-lag presence read alone can select NO_PERCH, the one non-spooling terminal verdict, converting staleness into silent loss with misleading diagnostic. Fix direction: NO_PERCH needs corroboration (roster/registry validity check) or degrade to spool-with-notice.

Disposition: F-043 folds into MESH-RECOVERY W1 (next-ranked after REDISPATCH-TRUTH ships). Resolver chain cache→validated-roster→id-only suspected same root family as #2/#3 mid-sequence NO_PERCH flap. Explicitly NOT kin to REDISPATCH (target-side dispatcher lifecycle; F-043 is sender-side resolution).

Commits: e3ee3a7 (filed F-043), d0669b3 (ledger updated w/ doyle's acceptance + falsification-pass discriminator: grab sender daemon.stderr PRESENCE_DIAL/PUMP_PEER lines if NO_PERCH repeats post-adapter-update — discriminates resolver-cache staleness vs registry-row absence). Both pushed to main on BigscreenVR/claude-spt-bs.

doyle also reported REDISPATCH: W1 built, gate returned one must-fix (finished-row filter), fix round in flight. F-042 (kitsubito stale changelog URL notify) closed-with-watch same day; watch condition: any SaberMage-URL notify timestamped after 2026-07-16 04:01 reopens it.
