### 1. In-session AskUserQuestion render on `$LIVE start`/`revive`
expected: On `$LIVE start` (or `revive`) for a live agent with sync state Unset (or RemindLater past cooldown) and `gh` present, the three-option AskUserQuestion ("Enable now" / "No, never" / "Remind me in 12h") renders in-session via the delivered owl-message (`<spt-psyche-sync-prompt>` → PreToolUse `<owl_messages>` → model renders the question). The render-path test proves the spool row lands; this item confirms the UI hop in a real Claude Code session.

### 2. In-session render on `/clear`/`/compact` boundary
expected: On a `/clear` or `/compact` SessionStart boundary where a live agent perch is present, the same three-option AskUserQuestion renders via active owl-message delivery to that perch. Startup-only and non-live paths render nothing.

### 3. Full two-machine operator UAT (35-OPERATOR-UAT.md Sections 1–5)
expected: Real `gh` auth, real private `spt-agent-storage` repo, real cross-machine propagation — pull-then-push on tracking commits, UserPromptSubmit pull, graceful no-op when `gh` absent, doctor sync rows. Per the runbook: "Phase 35 is closeable only when Sections 1–5 PASS."
